Guian New Area launches online recruitment

An online recruitment drive was launched on Nov 12, with a focus on the high-tech industry, pharmaceuticals industry, financial industry, food industry, manufacturing industry and service industry.

The campaign has been organized by the Leading Group Office for Talents of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee, Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and Guiyang-Anshun New Area.

The first batch of 135 enterprises offered 711 job opportunities open to 3,342 employees.

The campaign includes a special recruitment platform for these enterprises and provides comprehensive services. It also provides a safe, comprehensive and professional platform for outstanding talents who are willing to work in Guian New Area.

The online recruitment drive also held a live stream for online promotion and to show a signing ceremony in order to further promote Guian New Area and enhance the brand image of its employers, attracting more outstanding talents to work in Guiyang city and Guian New Area.

On the live stream platform, job seekers can watch enterprises' online promotions, browse job recruitment information, interact with recruiters and submit their resumes. The online recruitment is being publicized by news media and national recruitment websites. Additionally, it is being promoted by more than 50 university employment websites, university Wechat accounts, students' Wechat groups and teachers' recommendations in order to rapidly attract more talents for enterprises in Guian New Area.

Guiyang talent service center (Guiyang human resource market) will follow up the activity by conducting subsequent visits to participating enterprises and job seekers and learning about enterprise recruitment and the talents' interview situations, ensuring that online recruitment can provide more professional and efficient services for enterprises and talents in future.
