New service hotline supports talents in Guizhou

Southwest China's Guizhou province launched a convenient new hotline for talents – 96567 – on Jan 26 to stimulate talents' entrepreneurial and innovative creativity and boost the province's high-quality development.

The service hotline provides 24-hour services.

The hotline's services include: accepting and handling the preferential service items of Guizhou's excellent talent card and Guizhou's high-level talent service green card; addressing relevant policy problems and offering consultation services for talents; collecting feedback from talents; and accepting complaints and reports.

Hotline staff members will track, supervise and urge the handling of talent-related requests and feedback and report the results to talents within a specified time.
