Guiyang launches scientific and technological talent introduction project

In order to encourage and help employers in key industries in Guiyang attract more high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talent, the Guiyang bureau of science and technology recently set up a scientific and technological talent introduction project.

The project is targeted at high-level science and technology talent at home and abroad who have independent intellectual property rights, a mastery of core technologies or independent innovation capabilities in key industries in Guiyang, as well as those that bring projects, technologies, and funds to Guiyang for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Individuals should possess good moral character and professional ethics, strong innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, outstanding innovation in research results or good prospects for industrialization, and no intellectual property disputes or economic disputes over scientific research results.

Full-time scientific and technological innovation talent must work for Guiyang enterprises and institutions for no less than three years.

The working hours of flexibly introduced scientific and technological innovation talent to serve employers in Guiyang are generally no less than three months per year. The cumulative number of days per year is no less than 90 days, and the continuous service time is no less than three years.

The deadline to apply for the project is Aug 30.
