Guizhou organizes job fair for college students

The 2021 Guizhou province college graduates job fair was held on May 18 at Mingde College of Guizhou University -- located in Huaxi University town, in Guian New Area of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

A total of more than 3,200 students participated, posting more than 3,700 resumes and more than 340 students signed initial employment agreements.

The job fair invited over 190 large and medium-sized companies -- including Eleventh Metallurgical Construction Group Co and Beijing Bytedance Technology Co -- providing more than 4,000 jobs.

The posts were in a number of industries including construction engineering, education, computers, e-commerce, big data and design, meeting the employment needs of the graduates.

The job seekers talked with businesses about such things as general employment conditions, salary and benefits, as well future career development.

Moving forwards, Mingde College plans to boost contacts with more companies, to provide more employment opportunities for its graduates.
