Guizhou to introduce retired senior medical and health talents

Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission issued an announcement, saying it decided to continue introducing a group of retired senior medical and health talents to support the high-quality development of Guizhou's medical and health services.

A total of 158 medical and health institutions, including the First People's Hospital of Guiyang, will provide 579 clinical medicine and other talent introduction positions, with a demand of 697 people.

The recruited talents should have professional ethics and strong teamwork spirit. They should generally be under 70 years old, and high-level talents who are in urgent need will be less strictly regulated.

Domestic and foreign medical and health experts with a certain degree of influence in the industry, as well as academic leaders and outstanding talents who have held leadership positions or carried out long-term clinical work in well-known medical and health institutions across the country, can enjoy an outpatient green channel and standard treatment of cadre ward hospitalization.

For retired experts with deputy senior titles, employers will arrange an annual health check-up, and a dormitory of no less than 60 square meters will also be provided and equipped with necessary living facilities.

In addition, introduced experts who have signed a work agreement and have served for at least one year will enjoy relevant preferential policies for scenic spots in the province.
