Guizhou University holds on-campus fall job fair

The 2021 Guizhou University's on-campus fall job fair was held at Guizhou University on Oct 21, hosted by the Guiyang Talent Service Center and the university's admissions and employment office.

A total of 108 employers were invited to participate in the job fair, including Guizhou Toro Motor Co, ZTE Nanjing Co, Hunan Xinghuai New Material Technology Co and Guizhou Sunac Foundation Real Estate Development Co.

The participating companies offered 2,239 job positions involved in the fields of education, manufacturing, energy, information technology, research, finance and insurance, construction and real estate, basically covering all the majors offered by Guizhou University.

Their HR departments gave out detailed information on basic conditions, including salary, benefits and promotions prospects for every graduate who consulted them.

The job fair has reportedly built a strong communications platform for companies and graduates, greatly improving the efficiency of recruitment.

As of 1 pm on the day, the job fair had reportedly attracted more than 1,300 graduates and 162 had reached preliminary employment agreements.
