A livestreaming activity for Guiyang university graduates employment services was held on Nov 3, hosted by the Guiyang municipal bureau of human resources and social security and the Guiyang Talent Service Center – from the city of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
During the session, an anchor provided guidance, providing job seekers with insight into what employers thought of applicants during the interviewing process, as well as helping them with their interview skills and giving them pointers on writing resumes.
Meanwhile, Guiyang's employment policies were explained clearly and concisely, to help graduates understand the most important content and advise and guide them on the current difficult employment situation.
During the livestreaming, nine leading enterprises in Guizhou province released job information and provided information on more than 3,000 job positions, covering 46 types of work categories, such as engineers and administrative logistics positions, as well as roles in graphic design.
The livestreaming attracted more than 30,000 online viewers and 64 resumes were posted online.
Moving forwards, the Guiyang Talent Service Center plans to continue to strengthen the development of its on-site and online employment services system.
It will reportedly build a job-seeking and employment supply and demand platform and boost recruitment channels, to provide high-quality HR services.
