The Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resources recently issued a notice to ensure full and high-quality employment for college and university graduates across Southwest China's Guizhou province in 2022.
The province will expand employment channels, implement employability enhancement programs, improve employment service supply, and ensure employment security.
Guizhou will guide graduates to participate in the province's three major development strategies of rural revitalization, big data and big ecology, focusing on the talent needs of Guizhou's key industrial development projects, 12 industries with distinctive agricultural advantages and the innovative development of the service sector.
This year, the province plans to support 5,000 college and university graduates in starting their own businesses.
Graduates who are willing and capable of starting a business will receive entrepreneurial training, and entrepreneurial services such as project development and business guidance will be provided.
Meanwhile, Guizhou will encourage enterprises to carry out skill improvement training, on-the-job transfer training, and provide vocational training subsidies to those who meet the requirements.
