Shuanglong opens HR specialist training camp

The human resources (HR) specialist training camp of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone opened on May 13, hosted by the Shuanglong zone and organized by the talent development center of Zhilian Recruitment.

The Shuanglong zone is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

On the day, nearly 40 HR specialists participated in the first lesson at the camp – enterprise training system construction and training management sand table.

The lecturers focused on how to optimize the internal training management system of the enterprise and make the enterprise talent training system more professional, so as to solve practical problems such as high costs and poor results of enterprise training management.

The training camp is open to all enterprises in the Shuanglong economic zone. It will be held on May 13, 20, 27 and June 2 in the form of an offline training, group discussion, actual combat drill, and scenario sand table.

The event aims to promote the exchange and interaction between HR specialists in the Shuanglong zone, improve HR business, create a good environment for talent development, and provide strong talent support for the zone's high-quality development.
