Guiyang unveils HR University Talent Service Alliance

The Human Resources (HR) University Talent Service Alliance was unveiled at China Guiyang HR Service Industrial Park in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 1, along with the seminar on the standardized construction of HR services in Guiyang and Guian New Area.

The alliance aims to build a public employment service mechanism linking university talent with enterprises in Guizhou.

In 2022, the number of university and college graduates in Guizhou will reach a record high of 273,000, a year-on-year increase of 53,000.

Relying on China Guiyang HR Service Industrial Park, the alliance will make efforts to provide university and college talent services and increase enterprise talent supply.

With the strong support of governments at all levels, in recent years, a large number of excellent HR service organizations have developed in Guiyang.

In May of this year alone, nearly 20 HR service agencies held more than 30 online and offline job fairs at more than 20 universities and colleges in the province, providing over 15,000 jobs and reaching more than 10,000 employment intentions.

In addition, a series of activities such as employment guidance, policy presentations, employment simulations, and interview training sessions have also been carried out.
