Since the beginning of this year, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security has been rolling out a package of measures and policies to promote employment and entrepreneurship among graduates.
The measures and policies are meant to encourage employment through major industries in the province, promote innovation and entrepreneurship to drive employment, and create employment practice platforms.
Students from difficult family backgrounds have always been the key target of the province's employment policies. This year, Guizhou will provide them with at least three to five targeted jobs and give them priority for vocational training and employment internships.
Throughout the year, Guizhou plans to help 5,000 graduates start their own businesses, carry out entrepreneurial training for graduates who are willing and able to start a business, and provide entrepreneurial services for them related to project development, business guidance, and resource matchmaking.
Guizhou is also strengthening employment services, increasing support and guidance for employment and entrepreneurship, and ensuring the overall stability of the province's employment situation.
