A job fair to help key Guizhou investment enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises recruit university and college graduates was launched at Guizhou Normal University in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province on June 30.
The event was aimed at meeting the diverse employment needs of graduates and promoting employment among graduates in the province.

A total of 110 companies participated in the job fair, providing 5,788 jobs in industries such as automobiles, education, finance, technology, and food, while more than 2,400 students attended, submitting a total of 1,898 resumes, with 612 reaching preliminary employment agreements.
"Many students came to consult today, not only graduates, but also a lot of sophomores and juniors who hope to come to our company for an internship. We have received more than 10 resumes, and we will carefully screen them and choose the most suitable ones when we go back," said Fu Weihong, head of the Guiyang office of Jiangsu Qianyun Technology Co.
A similar event will be carried out from June 30 until the end of August.
Next, 1-2 onsite recruitment activities will be held at Guiyang Human Resource Service Park, with 80 enterprises invited to participate in each activity.
A number of online job fairs will be held as well.
