Guiyang to build high-quality HR industrial base

The China Guiyang Human Resources (HR) Industrial Park was unveiled at the 10th Guizhou Professionals Convention this year, becoming the first of its kind in Southwest China's Guizhou province.

According to the overall plan for the core park in the Guiyang Talent Building, two branch parks in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Guian New Area, efforts will be made to build a large-scale and influential HR development industrial base in West China.

So far, pre-set items are progressing smoothly.

Several measures on supporting the high-quality development of the China Guiyang HR Industrial Park have been rolled out, involving construction and operation, entry concessions, development support, talent incentives, and supporting services.

This will give full play to the important role of the park in developing industries, expanding markets and attracting talent.

In the first half of this year, a total of 46 enterprises set up operations in the core park and two branch parks, and services included HR outsourcing and training, labor dispatch, personnel agency, talent recruitment, and examinations.

In addition, the operating income of the core park and two branch parks reached 1.74 billion yuan ($255.55 million), and tax revenue reached 18.92 million yuan.
