Southwest China's Guizhou province has given full play to its human resources and is understood to have achieved particularly positive results in improving its labor service brands.
Labor service brands have regional characteristics, and have strong employment ability, which are strong support for promoting industrial development and promoting rural vitalization.
So far, the province has cultivated and recognized 122 labor service brands, promoting more than 2.6 million jobs.
In March 2022, it issued a discussion paper on the development of labor service brands, to guide the province to discover and cultivate a range of labor service brands by their types, fields and levels.
For labor service products with a certain employment foundation – but with less prominent technical characteristics and scattered distribution – the province will gradually guide them to form labor service brands.
For labor service brands that have formed a relatively mature operations system, Guizhou will focus on strengthening standardized management services, to promote them to be bigger, stronger and better.
It is being required that by the end of 2022, all counties, cities and districts in the province will cultivate at least one labor service brand.
From 2022, a batch of provincial-level labor service brands will be selected every year and by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), a group of provincial-level excellent labor service brands with Guizhou characteristics and extensive influence will be formed.
Guizhou will support and encourage HR service industrial parks and institutions at all levels in the province. This will be to strengthen cooperation with technical colleges, vocational training institutions and enterprises – and provide professional entrepreneurial training and services for employees of labor service brands.
In 2022, plans are to provide 600,000 vocational skills training opportunities and cultivate more than 200,000 Guizhou technicians who have obtained vocational skills grade certificates and special vocational ability certificates.
In addition, through provincial schools recruitment, talent fairs and other platforms, Guizhou has provided services for key groups – such as college graduates – to choose jobs in the field of labor service brands and it has conducted extensive employment recommendations activities.
