China Guiyang Human Resource Service Industrial Park in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is making efforts to build a large-scale industrial base for HR development in West China.

Since its establishment, the industrial park has given full play to its platform advantages and further expanded the supply of market-oriented employment services, as well as reduced or exempted rents to help stabilize and ensure employment.

In the first half of this year, a total of 46 enterprises set up operations in the industrial park, serving nearly 19,000 companies and providing more than 158,000 jobs.

"We have established cooperative relationships with a number of public institutions, State-owned enterprises, and private enterprises, helping 80,000 people find jobs, including 2,500 labor dispatch positions and more than 30 internal employees," said Ran Aimin, general manager of Guizhou Zhucheng Human Resources Service Co, which operates in the industrial park.

The company's development is inseparable from the strong support of the industrial park. Enterprises are exempt from rent for three years and can pay half the amount for another two years, and are also eligible for preferential policies related to construction and operation, talent introduction incentives, and supporting services, Ran added.

HR service agencies in the park from inside and outside the province have also made full use of WeChat, Douyin, Kuaishou and other platforms to release recruitment information, and accurately push jobs to the unemployed population.
