The employment situation in Wudang district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has stabilized throughout the year.
As of the end of November, a total of 6,007 new urban jobs were created in Wudang, exceeding the annual target.
A total of 2,317 rural laborers and 392 people with employment difficulties found employment, meanwhile, 1,518 unemployed people were re-employed.
Additionally, great efforts have been made to alleviate poverty and dynamically monitor the employment situation of special groups, such as poverty-stricken households and rural low-income households.
At present, Wudang has 1,310 poverty-stricken households and 3,510 poverty-stricken people, though the employment rate among these groups is 96.31 percent.
A total of 1,058 people from 281 households were relocated, with an employment rate of 96 percent.
