Guiyang, Guian hold signing meeting for fresh talents

Since March, Guiyang and Guian have been clarifying the demand this year for new talents to be introduced from outside the province. They have organized for employers to carry out offline activities introducing available talents in six cities including Lanzhou, Changchun, Kaifeng, Qingdao, Xiamen, and Kunming.

As a result, more than 30,000 students from all over the country have connected with employers in the two cities of Guiyang and Guian both offline and online.

On April 28, over 30 enterprises with a strong business reputation, a track record of taking good care of new talents, and a history of recruiting them in droves were invited to participate in the signing meeting to meet and negotiate with promising new graduates.

To attract more outstanding talents, a travel subsidy of 500 yuan ($72.42) per person was provided for talents who come from outside the province to participate in the signing meeting.

In addition, a policy consultation area was set up, featuring promotions about the industrial layout, ecological advantages, and development platforms of Guiyang and Guian.
