Guiyang SOE ensures top services for top talents

Guiyang Industrial Development Holding, a State-owned enterprise (SOE) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has improved the quality of services for talents, giving them a rich array of reliable residential and comprehensive services for a more convenient life.

In May, Guiyang Talent Housing Service Co, a subsidiary of Guiyang Industrial Development Holding, successfully received many guests from both inside and outside the province.

Currently, the company operates four levels of talent housing projects. It also strives to continuously improve its talent service capabilities and build a more complete talent life cycle service platform.

Since the company began operating, 12,000 people have applied to live in the accommodation it provides.

The rental price of the managed projects is 50 percent to 80 percent of the market rent, and eligible talent can also apply for policy-based housing rental subsidies, massively reducing their financial burden.

Xie Jixin, who will graduate from university this year, has applied to become a resident of the youth talent apartment.

"I chose this place because there is access control at the entrance, and the door locks are coded locks, so the security is guaranteed. Also, the rent is reasonable, and the basic facilities are relatively complete," Xie said.
