The Guiyang Talent Service Center arranged for 102 companies from Guiyang City and Guian New Area to participate in Guizhou's recruitment event at universities outside the province on Sept 22-28.
The 102 companies offered 558 positions, with a demand for 2,649 talents.
The event took place at Wuhan University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Sichuan University, where campus job fairs were held.
During the event, staff members from the Guiyang Talent Service Center helped collect resumes from students interested in companies that were unable to attend.
They also introduced the talent policies of Guiyang and Guian, such as talent settlement allowances and rental subsidies, allowing students to have a preliminary understanding of the benefits and incentives of employment and entrepreneurship in Guiyang and Guian.
A total of 108 students participated in-person, including six doctoral students, 88 master's students, and 14 undergraduate students. Preliminary agreements were reached with 35 students who expressed an intention to seek employment in Guiyang.
