Online, on-site job fairs draw attention

An on-site job fair and a livestreaming introducing jobs were held at the Guiyang human resources and social security public service center on Oct 25.

The event provided a communication platform for employers and various job seekers through a combination of online and in-person methods.

A total of 99 companies were invited to participate in the on-site job fair, offering 3,659 job positions such as HR specialists, investment consultants, legal affairs personnel, management trainees, design specialists, and legal consultants.

On the day of the event, 1,020 job seekers entered the venue, with 131 having reached employment intention agreements.

In the livestreaming room, 10 well-known companies provided 374 jobs. Companies not only introduced their job positions to job seekers, but also answered questions about salary, career development paths, and future prospects.

In just two hours, the livestreaming attracted over 12,000 online viewers and received more than 4,300 resumes.

By the end of December this year, on-site job fairs will be held every Wednesday and Friday in the recruitment hall of the Guiyang human resources and social security public service center, and a livestreaming job fair will be held every month.
