Mid- and senior-level talent chase jobs at matchmaking event

The 37th "Shuangshuang Guiyang Gathering Talent" closed-door negotiation meeting for mid- and senior-level talent was held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Nov 11.

A total of 310 mid- and senior-level talent were welcomed, including 37 with master's degrees, 242 with bachelor's degrees, and 31 with associate degrees. Meanwhile, 223 preliminary employment intentions were reached on site.

The negotiation meeting was comprehensive, aiming to provide more accurate, convenient, and high-quality employment services for job seekers. The event was conducted both online and offline.

The 15 companies that participated in the on-site recruitment covered various fields such as intelligent manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, education, and services. They offered 105 kinds of positions including research and development roles, senior managers in marketing and public affairs, and underground space development engineers, aiming to recruit 293 people.

Both the onsite and online recruitment drive drew large crowds. During a one-hour livestream, a total of 10,685 people tuned in and 587 resumes were received.

In 2023, Guiyang City and Guian New Area have successfully held four negotiation meetings for mid- and senior-level talent based on different themes, actively promoting employment in the region.
