Guiyang City and Guian New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province organized a talent recruitment series event at Shanghai University on Nov 20.
This was the fourth stop of this year's talent recruitment series following previous events at Central South University, Nanchang University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Some 26 enterprises from Guiyang and Guian participated in the offline job fair, covering the fields of medical health, aerospace, and engineering construction.
A talent recruitment working group set up special booths to promote local policies and positions for talents, where they introduced the preferential recruitment policies of Guiyang to students and distributed information manuals and job promotion materials related to the demand for talented employees, as well as answered questions on site.
A total of 331 students were received, including six with doctoral degrees, 128 with master's degrees, and 197 undergraduate students. Preliminary intentions were reached with 41 students.
POWERCHINA Guiyang Engineering Cooperation Limited signed a contract with a civil engineering master's degree student from Tongji University, and Guizhou Huayang Electric Engineering Co signed a contract with a master's degree student majoring in electronic information technology from Shanghai University.
