Job fair buoys graduates' hopes

A comprehensive job fair for 2023 college and university graduates in Guiyang City and Guian New Area of Southwest China's Guizhou province took place on Dec 8.

It aimed to promote high-quality employment and entrepreneurship for those 2023 graduates who have not yet found employment and attract more outstanding young talents to settle in Guiyang City and Guian New Area.

A total of 38 companies participated in the on-site job fair, offering 1,068 positions in sales, administrative management, and other fields.

Throughout the event, 574 resumes were received, and 225 people reached preliminary intentions of employment with companies.

In addition to the on-site job fair, a livestream introducing job positions was also held, attracting 3,122 viewers.
