Guizhou to promote graduates' employment during winter vacation

The Guizhou Provincial Department of Education announced an action on Jan 15 to promote the employment of university and college students during winter vacation.

During winter vacation, employment services will be provided to graduates through online activities such as online mutual selection meetings, job promotion livestreams, and employment guidance.

From Jan 15 to March 1, the department will organize an online mutual selection session, which will provide all-day online job recruitment services through the Guizhou Talent Information Network and the Duowei Cloud Recruitment WeChat applet.

The service ensures that during the winter vacation, graduates can select positions and submit resumes at any time.

During this period, 304 employers, including Huaxi District No 4 Middle School and Yunyan District People's Hospital, will promote 6,797 job openings. This includes positions such as middle school and high school teachers, chief engineers, geographic information science management roles, orthopedic surgeons, and marketing managers.

During the job promotion livestreams, 10 companies will be invited to explain their own enterprises, recruitment positions and other key content.

Expert online consultation services are also available throughout this period, providing graduates with targeted employment guidance such as practical and personalized career planning, resume production, and job search skills.
