Gui'an talent department offers favorable services

The Zhuchao Apartment in Gui'an New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province, funded and built by Guiyang Holding Group Co with a total investment of 323 million yuan ($45.56 million), began construction in August 2022.

The apartment is currently operated by Guiyang Talent Housing Service Co.

The apartment makes work, life, and transportation more convenient for talent, with Gui'an Railway Station, Guizhou Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University, and Gui'an Civic Center all located within one kilometer.

The apartment comprises four residential buildings, one commercial building, and one kindergarten, offering a total of 700 housing units.

All units come fully equipped with appliances, kitchen and bathroom facilities, and custom furniture for a "move-in ready" experience.

Young talents renting apartments are eligible for rental subsidies. People who graduated from university within the past three years who work or start businesses in Guiyang or Gui'an and continuously rent affordable housing are entitled to annual subsidies for up to two years, based on their education level.

In addition, outdoor sports facilities like a 200-meter running track and badminton and basketball courts cater to the young talent demographic, complemented by a 1,000 square-meter indoor shared space featuring a gym, game room, library, and cinema for social and recreational activities.
