Currently, the total talent pool in Guiyang has reached 1.52 million people, with an innovation index ranking 27th among 101 innovative cities nationwide.
By 2025, the talent pool is projected to exceed 1.6 million, with 130,000 new graduates retained or attracted. By 2026, the talent pool is expected to surpass 1.7 million.
Guiyang Shifangshuo Human Resources Management Co, reported data for the first half of the year, engaging 3,726 employers and collaborating with nearly 50 institutions, offering 9,669 positions with over 100,000 vacancies.
The company's general manager, Lu Ting, highlighted the pivotal role the Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park has played since its inception in 2022, facilitating efficiency and quality through resource sharing and policy backing.
The park is the 23rd national and 4th western national-level HR service park in the country.
To bolster high-quality development and foster a premier HR service hub, Guiyang and Gui'an introduced measures supporting the park's growth, including 10 policies across five areas. Offering financial aid and rent relief, the aim is to nurture an environment conducive to HR services.
Currently, 95 institutions have set up operations in the park.
The park also provides insurance, employment services, HR management, and labor rights support to businesses and the public.
