Shi, a senior technician, relocated from Chongqing in August to join the Guiyang Girls' Vocational School, having previously taught at a vocational college in Chongqing.

Explaining his decision to move to Guiyang, Shi said, "Here, not only does it offer a cool climate and diverse cuisine, but it also emphasizes the development of vocational education, which is more beneficial for my career growth and enables me to better realize my value."

Shi is currently pursuing the title of Guizhou Province Skill Master.

Shi expressed, "I will impart all my professional knowledge to students, helping them master key skills accurately, enhance their skill levels, and secure suitable positions in the future."

As a homeroom teacher for three classes totaling over 80 students, Shi has established three squads for outstanding learners, conducting extracurricular classes to boost their competitive abilities and fostering a culture of mutual learning and progress. By participating in various vocational skills competitions, students continuously enhance their skill levels.

"The talent policies in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area are highly appealing, offering benefits like transportation, housing, and healthcare discounts upon obtaining the talent card. I firmly believe that choosing to live and develop in Guiyang and Gui'an is the right decision," Shi affirmed.
