Closed negotiation conference attracts mid- to high-level talent

The 39th closed negotiation conference (manufacturing industry session) for mid-to-high-level talent in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area was held on Oct 19, hosted by the Guiyang Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and organized by the Guiyang Talent Service Center.

Fifteen well-known companies from Guiyang and Gui'an, such as Guiyang Changzhilin Engine Parts Manufacturing Co, Guizhou Aerospace Linquan Motor Co, Guizhou Tyre Co and Vontron Technology Co, engaged in closed-door discussions with over 100 mid- to-high-level talent in a one-on-one manner.

Aligned with the theme of the event, over 90 percent of the recruitment positions were in research and development, manufacturing, and technical fields, with additional roles in sales, international business, sales management, and foreign trade.

With over 80 positions available and plans to recruit 245 individuals, preliminary agreements were reached with 86 candidates, including 31 postgraduates, 53 undergraduates, and two others.

This year, Guiyang and Gui'an have prioritized high-quality development, actively seeking high-caliber and highly-educated talents in key industries and sectors.

In November, the 40th closed negotiation conference will be held, welcoming registrations from employers and job seekers.
