In recent years, Southwest China's Guizhou province has been promoting the development of human resource (HR) service industry parks. To date, eight parks have been established, including one at the national-level, two at the provincial-level, and three at the county-level, providing strong support for economic and social development.

In 2022, Guizhou for the first time included the HR service industry among the province's top 10 projects for innovative development in the service industry.
By the end of 2023, the eight parks had gathered 270 HR service institutions, accounting for 10.76 percent of the province's total number in 2023 and covering the entire chain of the HR service industry, with a basic industrial system formed.
In 2023, the eight parks served a total of 5.43 million individuals, providing HR services to over 90,000 employing units, creating 1.01 million jobs throughout the year, and hosting 5,429 recruitment, training, and conference events, playing a significant role in promoting employment, attracting talent, and strengthening development services.
Moving forward, Guizhou will focus on the development of distinctive industry-specific and professional HR service industry parks based on local industrial development characteristics. This effort will drive the creation of more and higher-quality jobs, making a meaningful contribution to the province's overall economic and social development.
