Since October 2023, the Guiyang social security center has implemented the "social security and banking integration" service to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Based on the "human resources and social security bureau + bank" model, this service facilitates resource sharing and complementary advantages, extending social security services to various partner bank locations. This initiative reduces time and location barriers for citizens and broadens channels for social security transactions.
There are currently seven banks with 634 service points offering social security services, covering 100 percent of townships and reaching over 100,000 transactions.
The Guiyang social security center has enhanced service awareness and convenience through online and offline promotions and additional training for bank staff members. In the future, the service scope will be expanded to meet the diverse needs of the public, driving even more efficient and convenient social security services.
