A key highlight is the region's refined talent policy, covering housing and living allowances. Wen Li, a newly employed professional, received a 2,400-yuan rental subsidy in 2024, calling it a great financial relief.

Guiyang and Gui'an have streamlined application procedures through an online platform, enabling companies and individuals to apply for benefits efficiently. The processing time for talent incentives has been reduced from one month to under 15 days.
