Guizhou Education University's spring job fair on March 20 attracted over 3,000 graduates and featured 107 employers offering 2,925 job openings.
The fair was tailored to the academic disciplines of Guizhou Education University's 2025 graduates, with 44 educational institutions in attendance. In addition, 63 non-teaching employers participated, covering industries such as artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, new energy, internet, finance, and media.

The event also provided policy consultations and resume reviews. Graduates received information on housing, employment subsidies, entrepreneurship loans, and other aspects of settling in Guiyang. They also had the opportunity to revise resumes and coach interview skills.
A total of 3,400 attendees submitted 2,084 resumes, with 277 graduates securing preliminary job offers.
In the afternoon, an employment policy seminar and skills training session introduced Guiyang's favorable talent policies and helped students develop a clear career outlook.

During the seminar, experts provided valuable insights on employment skills and engaged in interactive discussions with students.
More than 1,000 documents on employment, entrepreneurship, housing, and household registration were distributed to graduates.
