Guiyang and Gui'an attract top talent at Central South University

On March 28, Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area brought the 2025 Graduate Talent Recruitment Campaign to Central South University in Changsha, inviting young talent to work or start a business in Guiyang.

Over 100 employers from artificial intelligence, electronics, education, and healthcare sectors offered 363 positions, with more than 1,100 vacancies.

The event attracted 510 job seekers, including 63 PhD holders, 235 master's graduates, and 212 undergraduates. Early results showed that 56 candidates reached preliminary job agreements.

Students with resumes in hand navigated between booths, engaging recruiters on topics from career development to industry outlook. A special consultation zone provided career guidance and policy support, helping attendees make informed decisions.

The event not only drew students from Central South University but also from neighboring institutions. With positions spanning diverse disciplines, it ensured accurate talent-job matching, streamlined recruitment, and expanded opportunities.

This marks another step in Guiyang and Gui'an's effort to attract high-quality graduates. The campaign will continue across more cities, building bridges between opportunity and ambition and empowering graduates to advance their careers in a region rich with promise.
