"In addition to base salaries, we offer annual production bonuses, and R&D-related roles come with extra project incentives," said Ren Donghong, recruitment officer at Guizhou Tyre Co. "This year's positions are especially appealing to graduates, and we've already received some applications. Shortlisted candidates will soon be invited for interviews."
Zhang Songxia, from Guizhou, a pharmacy PhD candidate at Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, said, "I still have two years before graduation, but I came to learn more in advance. Many employers offer attractive incentives, such as research start-up funding, talent introduction bonuses, and housing subsidies. I hope to return to Guiyang for work in the future."
