Guiyang conducts training for external quality supervisors of skilled talent evaluation

The Guiyang Employment Service Center organized a training program for external quality supervisors of skilled talent evaluation in 2025, with over 140 participants from various vocational skill assessment institutions across Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area.

The training aimed to strengthen the team building of quality supervisors and enhance their professional capabilities, thereby continuously improving the quality of evaluation work. The program covered comprehensive content, including the skilled talent evaluation system, quality supervision overview, assessment techniques and methods, as well as quality system construction, addressing the entire process of evaluation work from preparation to implementation and follow-up. 

Upon completion of the training, participants underwent on-site assessments. Qualified individuals will sign employment agreements with the municipal employment center and receive certification as external quality supervisors for skilled talent evaluation. They will then be assigned to conduct unified quality supervision tasks. 

Moving forward, the center will focus on improving the competency of supervisors through daily performance evaluations and regular certification renewals. This initiative lays a solid foundation for further enhancing the quality of skilled talent evaluation in Guiyang and Gui'an.
