The fifth Malanhua Entrepreneurship Training Instructor Competition and an entrepreneurship guidance service skills contest were held in Guiyang from Aug 5 to 6, attracting over 10 participants.

Organized by the Guiyang bureau of human resources and social security, the event aimed to improve the teaching quality of entrepreneurship training instructors, strengthen the city's instructor pool, and select top talent for the national Malanhua Entrepreneurship Training Instructor Competition.

The competition featured two categories: teaching ability and entrepreneurship guidance service ability. The teaching ability contest assessed participants' ability to teach selected topics from Start Your Business (SYB) training or online entrepreneurship training courses. The entrepreneurship guidance service skills contest evaluated instructors' ability to provide effective support to entrepreneurs, focusing on service processes and results.

"The competition provides us with a valuable platform for exchange and skills improvement. I will continue to learn and share advanced entrepreneurial concepts with more entrepreneurs," said contestant Kong Xianglan.

The event awarded one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and five excellence awards.

Contestants who advanced to the on-site round were eligible for exemption from entrance exams for advanced instructor training courses, such as the online entrepreneurship (live streaming) instructor enhancement program or entrepreneurship guidance instructor training.

Winners will also be given priority in joining the core team of the Guiyang-Gui'an Entrepreneurship Guidance Instructor Studio.
