The Guiyang bureau of human resources and social security will host the 42nd to 45th "Cool Guiyang Gathering Talents" Mid- to Senior-Level Closed Recruitment Fairs from Sept 6 through November. The events aim to connect enterprises with top talent in a professional, private setting.
Unlike traditional job fairs, the closed sessions provide independent interview spaces, creating a comfortable and confidential atmosphere for both recruiters and candidates.
With a focus on key sectors such as education, healthcare, modern services, advanced manufacturing, and big data & internet, the fairs will serve as an efficient platform for exchange and talent acquisition.
Each session will bring together no fewer than 15 quality enterprises, with each company offering at least five jobs. Positions will mainly include managerial roles (department manager and above) and urgently needed professional and technical positions, with annual salaries starting at 60,000 yuan ($8,360).
Candidates are expected to meet one or more of the following criteria: senior technician qualifications, intermediate or higher professional titles or national practicing licenses, management experience at medium- to large-sized enterprises, a master's degree or overseas study background, a bachelor's degree with three or more years of work experience, an associate degree with five or more years of experience, or a secondary vocational degree with eight or more years of experience.
