In a fresh recruiting drive, the "Cool Guiyang Gathering Talents" Mid to Senior-Level Closed Recruitment Fairs (Comprehensive Sector) was held on Sept 6 at the Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou Province.

Seventeen leading local enterprises – including Guizhou Tyre Co, COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages (Guizhou) Co and the Guizhou Modern Seed Industry Group Co – held closed-door interviews with over 100 people.
The fair featured 82 high-quality positions across popular fields – including a safety engineering role, a deputy director of product operations position and an R&D technician job – with annual salaries generally ranging from 100,000 ($14,075) to 500,000 yuan.
Most notably, the Guiyang Zhong'an Technology Group offered 1.2 million yuan for the top position of an enameled wire sales director.
A talent policy consultation area was also set up on site, providing information on social security, housing subsidies and relocation allowances.
The event attracted 625 participants, resulting in 24 signed employment offers. Additional fairs are scheduled before the end of November – focusing on education and healthcare, modern manufacturing, as well as the big data and internet sectors.
