Cool Guiyang Gathering Talent recruitment fair to be held soon

The 44th "Cool Guiyang Gathering Talent" Mid- and Senior-Level Talent Recruitment Fair will be held on Oct 25 from 2 pm to 6 pm on the first floor of China Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park in Guiyang city.

The event aims to build an efficient platform that connects high-caliber professionals with quality enterprises, further promoting the high-quality development of key industries in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area.

Participating enterprises are required to provide no fewer than five job openings, with positions at the department manager level or above, or in urgently needed professional or technical roles, offering an annual salary of no less than 60,000 yuan ($8,417).

Candidates are expected to meet one or more of the following criteria: senior technician qualifications, intermediate or higher professional titles or national practicing licenses, management experience at medium- to large-sized enterprises, a master's degree or overseas study background, a bachelor's degree with three or more years of work experience, an associate degree with five or more years of experience, a secondary vocational degree with eight or more years of experience, or other professional personnel and skilled talent demanded by participating enterprises.

Enterprises that reach employment agreements with candidates during the event will receive a one-time signing incentive. Companies that complete formal contracts within six months after the event will be granted rewards ranging from 500 to 3,000 yuan per person, depending on the talent's level of expertise.

Guiyang will also provide monthly salary subsidies for key industrial enterprises that recruit full-time talent listed in the Guiyang and Gui'an Key Industry Talent Demand Catalogue. Subsidy amounts range from 500 to 3,000 yuan per person per month, with support available for up to two consecutive years.

In addition, for flexibly introduced high-level talent who work in Guiyang and Gui'an for at least three months per year and make significant contributions to R&D, project cooperation, or technological breakthroughs, enterprises may receive a salary reimbursement equal to 30 percent of the actual annual salary paid. Each talent can receive subsidies for up to two years, capped at 200,000 yuan per year per person, while each enterprise may receive no more than 500,000 yuan in total annual subsidies.
