The Guiyang bureau of human resources and social security held employment and entrepreneurship policy briefings and job-seeking skills training sessions at Guizhou Vocational Technology College and Guizhou Normal University on Oct 22 and 24.

The events aimed to encourage more college graduates to work in Guiyang, attracting nearly 500 student participants. The sessions focused on key policies of interest to graduates, particularly housing security measures such as rental and purchase subsidies.
Senior human resource management experts were invited to provide targeted training on career planning and job application skills.
During the events, more than 900 promotional materials were distributed, and digital versions of the policy presentations were shared via campus platforms.
