Guiyang and Gui'an begin transportation discounts for talent

Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area have introduced discounted public transportation benefits for eligible talent, effective Jan 16.

Holders of Class A, B, C, D, and E Guiyang Talent Cards issued by Guiyang Bank can enjoy free rides on all bus and metro lines within Guiyang and Gui'an, while Class F and G cardholders are eligible for 50 percent fare discounts.

To access these benefits, cardholders must first activate the financial function of their talent cards.

Eligible talents must use the "Guiyang Bank" mobile app, open the Metro & Bus section, and link their cards to generate a QR code for payment upon boarding. Alternatively, they may use the "Yiying Qianxing" app and navigate to the "Take Bus QR Code" page to bind the card.

Free or discounted rides are capped at 120 trips per month, are for personal use only, and may not be transferred or lent to others. Any violation will result in the suspension of related benefits.
