The event aimed to bridge the information gap between campuses and the workplace, helping students gain a clearer understanding of regional industrial development and employers' needs, while improving job readiness and matching efficiency.
During the visit, students toured modern logistics operations and experienced standardized management systems. At a subsequent company briefing and exchange session, representatives introduced the firm's logistics business, talent demands, and future plans. They also provided career guidance, addressing common concerns such as job-hunting challenges and career development paths.
"Previously, my understanding of enterprises mostly came from online information. Visiting in person today allowed me to see the real working environments and job requirements, giving me a clearer direction for my future career," one student said after participating in the event.
