Guiyang's Talent Service Center has upgraded its public personnel archive services by introducing a self-service voice inquiry function through Guizhou's talent hotline, 96567. By calling the hotline and entering their ID number as instructed, users can check the status and location of their archived personnel files in less than one minute, making the process faster and more convenient than ever.
The center had previously offered online archive inquiry services through the Guiyang Talent website and the "Zhu Talent" app. The new telephone-based service helps address issues such as busy phone lines and provides a convenient option for people who are unable or prefer not to use online services.
In addition to the hotline, the center has introduced several other service improvements. Since March, applicants have automatically received text message notifications after archive-related services, such as file transfers, are completed. More than 3,000 people have benefited from the service so far.
The service hotline has also added an automated greeting that directs callers to online platforms, including the 96567 hotline, the Guiyang Talent app, the Guiyang Talent website, and the WeChat applet of the Guizhou human resources and social security bureau, where users can access services such as archive inquiries, file transfers, and certificate applications.
