Guiyang to hold senior and mid-level talent recruitment event

Registration is now open for the 46th Cool Guiyang Senior and Mid-Level Talent Recruitment and Interview Event on Sept 5 at the China Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park.

The event, an important recruitment and matchmaking platform in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area, focuses on professionals in high-demand industries, core technical positions, and management roles, and connects businesses with suitable candidates through targeted invitations, precise matching, and face-to-face interviews, enabling companies to recruit high-quality talent more efficiently.

The event will accommodate only 15 selected companies, each of which must offer at least five positions, mainly for middle- and senior-level management or urgently needed technical and skilled positions, with an annual salary of at least 60,000 yuan ($8,928).

Candidates must meet at least one of several eligibility criteria, including experience as a department head or above at a medium- or large-sized enterprise or public institution; a master's degree or above; relevant educational qualifications combined with sufficient work experience; an intermediate or higher professional title or nationally recognized professional qualification; or senior technician certification.
