Startup projects in Guiyang receive tailored support

From July to September, Guiyang organized three rounds of tailored support for 15 promising startup projects. Experts from investment and financing institutions, universities, and industrial investment companies visited the businesses to offer one-on-one guidance, helping them refine their business strategies and development plans.

All 15 projects were winners of the 2026 "Create and Win the Future" Entrepreneurship Competition. They cover areas including technological innovation, industrial development, public services, return-home entrepreneurship, and vocational skills.

During the visits, experts assessed the challenges facing each startup and offered advice on issues including access to financing, market expansion, and business model development.

The first round of services focused on understanding each business's current situation and specific needs and identifying key issues. The second examined business models, market analysis, capital operations, and financial management, while also helping businesses connect with funding and market resources. The third reviewed how earlier recommendations had been implemented and provided further guidance on product standardization and intellectual property.
